The idea of a mobile bar began after spending time on maternity leave and wanting a project that can bring people together!
(That, and a love for all things gin!)

After purchasing and refurbishing the Gin Trough trailer,
planning & adding all the little details, we are set to bring the bar to you!
​
Our range of gins has been carefully selected to give you a varied and fun menu, using local suppliers and supporting small business's as much as possible. Our main supplier is Garstang Gins, based in St Michaels, creating some delicious flavours of small batch, twelve times distilled gins along with a select range of vodka's and rum's which you'll also find in The Gin Trough.

From one gin lover to another
The home of the Gin Trough is that of a refurbished Ifor Williams horse trailer, with two grass and roped serving hatches and a bar full of local gins. The bar is styled in a sophisticated yet fun décor and design, guaranteed to fit in and make any event- a bit like a good gin!
